Microsoft bans easy to guess passwords

Whenever you hear about a list of password being leaked, its made clear that people are still using "slack" passwords. For example "123456", "Password" often top the list!! In an effort to combat this problem, Microsoft has looked at these passwords, and is making moves to ban their use. If you are choosing a password for a Microsoft account that is deemed to be unsafe, you will be prompted to select another password that is harder to guess. Microsoft should be applauded for boosting its protection, and it is hoped that other companies will follow their lead.
