As has been discussed in the Highway Forum previously, Microsoft is ceasing support for the email app Windows Live Mail.  The official date is 10th January next year.  This does not mean that it will cease to work on your computer, but it does mean that it becomes less safe to use. 

Highway's recommendation is that you switch to another email app called Thunderbird.  We can help members with the move, so please contact us and we'll make arrangements to do the configuration.
